RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it isn't what you were expecting or you changed your mind, please send FULL PRICE items back within 30 days of your purchase date. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Jewelry is also Final Sale.

Returns received within 30 days of your purchase date will be inspected for signs of wear or use, and if item is deemed in returnable condition, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment.

To make a return, please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package. Items must be returned neatly packaged & folded, unworn/unwashed, no perfume scent, and in re-sellable condition to receive a refund. If items miss the return window, are not neatly packaged, or are damaged/worn, we will not be able to process your return and items will be returned to you. Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside your return package.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend when shipping back a return, you use an insured, trackable shipping option.

If you live locally, you are able to drop off items at our store. Our fulfillment center will then pick up your return and issue a refund from our fulfillment center. Please allow 3-5 days for return processing.

SHOE RETURNS:

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for a return.

RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES:

30 day in-store credit or exchange only.

EXCHANGES:

The best way to make an exchange is to purchase the item you are wanting and return the unwanted item for a refund. Placing a new order for the desired item ensures that we do not sell out of that item before we receive your return.  All return shipping costs are your responsibility, as well as any new shipping charges for the new item. IN-STORE PICK UP:

We offer free in-store pick up. Please wait for an email or phone call confirming your order is ready before going into our store for pick up. Your order will be ready typically in 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday.

SHIPPING:

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders under $75 are a flat rate of $8 shipping. 
All orders over $75 ship free.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards purchased online are valid for online purchases only. Gift cards purchased at our brick & mortar location are valid for in store use only.
